Registration Form

Registration for the workshop entitles you to:

A buffet lunch and refreshments on all days, provided outside the lecture theatre
The public lecture and drinks
Conference pack including programme

Participants must arrange their own accommodation. To simplify this we provide a list of local accommodation. In many cases we have negotiated special rates if you book early.

Costs per attendee

Attending the conference only: £30.00

Attending the dinner only: £30.00

Attending both the conference and the dinner: £60.00

People affiliated with the ROE (ATC and IfA), astronomy students, invited speakers and LOC/SOC members are exempted from paying the conference fee. Early registration is recommended, as with the exception of invited speakers and LOC/SOC members, registrations will be accepted in the order received. We are limited to a maximum of 90 delegates by the size of the lecture theatre.
