Registration for the workshop entitles you to:

• A buffet lunch and refreshments on all days, provided outside the lecture theatre
• The conference dinner and drinks at Apex International Hotel's Heights Restaurant
• The public lecture and drinks, including private viewing of Our Dynamic Earth galleries
• Conference pack including programme and gift

Participants must arrange their own accommodation. To simplify this we provide a list of local accommodation. In many cases we have negotiated special rates if you book before 08 September.

The conference fee is £50.00. People affiliated with the ROE (ATC and IfA), invited speakers, LOC/SOC members, and students at any SUPA institutions are exempted the conference fee. Early registration is recommended, as with the exception of invited speakers and LOC/SOC members, registrations will be accepted in the order received. We are limited to a maximum of 90 delegates by the size of the lecture theatre.

We don't have facilities to take payment online, so we ask you to transfer money or fax us your card details (Visa or Mastercard only) after you have been accepted. Please read the payment information.

Talk / poster abstracts should be submitted using the contribution submission form after you have submitted this form and received an email with your registration ID number.

The Royal Observatory Edinburgh comprises the UK Astronomy Technology Centre of the Science and Technology Facilities Council, the Institute for Astronomy of the University of Edinburgh, the Higgs Centre for Innovation and the ROE Visitor Centre.
