Pixel manipulation software is needed (requirement C2). Generalised pixel manipulation software to stack and/or mosaic images on-the-fly is required for user requests of image data at arbitrary positions and of arbitrary size (requirements D9-D11 and D19). Pixel manipulation/analysis algorithms from the basic pipeline (CASU) must be used where appropriate.
