I am a senior postdoctoral fellow based at the
University of Edinburgh's Institute for Astronomy, at the Royal Observatory.
I have the pleasure of working with the CFHTLS, the largest deep ground-based survey in existence, along with GEMS, STAGES and COSMOS, the three largest contiguous fields ever imaged with the Hubble Space Telescope.
All of these surveys are ideal for my main area of research into weak gravitational lensing .
Spectacular high resolution images of galaxies from GEMS
and STAGES
can be seen using The
Skywalker.
The Shear TEsting Program
STEP is now working on its fourth project and GREAT08.
Contact me
if you would like access to the internal STEP pages.
For the GREAT08 challenge I've made public KSBf90, which is my software version of the typically used Kaiser, Squires and Broadhurst shape measurement method.
