DEAD LINES
Submission of Proposals for IAU Sponsored Scientific Symposia In 2019
To propose an IAU meeting it is advised to have the formal support
of an IAU scientific body. The proposers
have to consult the Presidents of the relevant Divisions, Commissions and
working groups (if applicable) about the content of their proposal and then add to
their proposal a report concerning this consultation.

-Due date for proposer to submit a Letter of Intent (LoI) through the IAU Proposal Web Server
-Informal consultation of proposers with Presidents of relevant
IAU Divisions (DPs), IAU Commissions (CPs) and/or IAU
Working/Program Groups (W/PGPs).
