Script to fix illum-fixed OSA FITS files that have been released by CASU after catalogue ingests have been completed:

1. Move the old pixel file to a deprecated dir and deprecate MF, MFD in DB.
2. Write a transfer script and transfer the new *_fix.cats and the associated pixel files.
