The GETROW function returns an array containing the bytes from a given lane number and row number. Lane numbers and row numbers count from 1 upwards - that is the first pixel in the first lane of data measured is in lane number 1, row number 1. No interpretation or type conversion is provided. It is left to the application program to ensure it interprets the returned bytes correctly as I2S or whatever.
