Registration and Abstract Submission

Please register your interest in attending this workshop using the form below.
If you would like to provide an oral or poster contribution to the workshop you can also submit an abstract on the same form. The deadline for abstract submission is Monday 30th November

You can still register even if you have not yet settled on your contribution. Simply select the presentation format and fill the boxes with 'TBD'. However, please ensure that you re-register using this form with updated details of your contribution before the 30th November 2009 (you will need to complete the entire form again).

A preliminary program will be available in early December. There may be a small registration fee for the workshop (TBC).

We encourage potential E-ELT users to participate, especially students, postdocs and those new to the project. A limited amount of funding is available to assist with travel expenses, with preference given to students and those who would otherwise be unable to attend. If you wish to be considered for a small travel grant please email verma_AT_astro.ox.ac.uk.
