Welcome to my research pages

I'm a 3rd year PhD student at the Institute for Astronomy, located at the Royal Observatory Edinburgh. I'm interested in the dynamical and chemical evolution of galaxies, using high-redshift integral field observations. This makes use of data from ESO's Very Large Telescope in Chile, in particular with an instrument called KMOS which was built on-site here in Edinburgh. See here for more details on my research, and recent results.

As well as space, I love sport and music. Check out the About Me section for what I get up to in my spare time.
