Service Composition for Data Exploration in the Virtual Observatory
Introduction
The SC4DEVO initiative was one of the first round of International Sister Projects funded by the
UK e-Science Core Programme. It comprised a series of four
workshops during 2004 and 2005, two - SC4DEVO-1 and SC4DEVO-3 - devoted to the core topic of service composition for data
exploration in the Virtual Observatory and two - SC4DEVO-2 and SC4DEVO-4 - with a wider scope, encompassing analogous activities
across the whole of e-Science.
