This shows the lower vessel supported on blocks and positioned between the
two pedestal supports for the lid.
Picture below is a view of the lid showing the two apertures for the cryopumps, the rectangular apertures and support structure for one of the three magnetrons and the conical section in which the feedthroughs for the shutter mechanisms are assembled
