July 2004 - Civil Works:
The main phase of Vista Civil Works was accepted by the VPO on 15th July 2004. The work has been carried out by the Italian Company 'EIE' and their Chilean Contractor 'Ocegtel'. 'EIE' won the design and build contract for entire Enclosure Buildings Work Package (EBWP) including Civil Works in March 2003. Civil Works started in January 2004. Work on site (Enclosure erection) is due to restart in October 2004 as per schedule.
