The Chandra X-Ray Observatory Center- The site of the space based x-ray observatory.
The United States Naval Observatory- One of the oldest scientific agencies in the U.S.. The preeminent authority in the areas of time keeping and celestial observing.
Royal Observatory, Edinburgh- The Observatory comprises the UK Astronomy Technology Centre, and The University of Edinburgh's Institute for Astronomy.
The NASA Homepage- Excellent and very popular U.S. website featuring tons of educational and interactive pages on Spaceflight and Astronomy.
NASA Marshall Space Flight Center Newsroom- For the latest in Space Technology.
European Space Agency- The European Space Agency provides a vision of Europe's future in space.
The Royal Observatory Greenwich- Part of the National Maritime Museum and the home of the Prime Meridian of the World.
HM Nautical Almanac Office- Responsible for producing the annual volumes of The Astronomical Almanac, The Nautical Almanac, Astronomical Phenomena, The Star Almanac and The UK Air Almanac in the United Kingdom.
The Institute of Physics- The U.K.'s society for physicists. Online services, journals, magazines, books and events and more for the U.K. physics community.
STFC - Science and Technology Facilities Council- based in Swindon.
National Optical Astronomy Observatories- NOAO is the national center for optical astronomy in the United States.
National Radio Astronomy Observatory- A research facility of the U.S. National Science Foundation. They provide state-of-the-art radiotelescope facilities for use by the scientific community.
