The following FORTRAN listings provide example ADAM-style programs for creating a small bigimage, writing data to it by lanes, reading data from it by lanes, reading a rectangular map from it and updating a rectangular area in it. Non-ADAM programs would be very similar, but would use FORTRAN i/o instead of the ADAM routines MSG_OUT, PAR_GET0C and ERR_REP.
