Discovering Astronomy S: Stars and Planets

Course Structure:

This course is an introductory astronomy course aimed at those with a limited physical science background. This course will focus on the formation of stars and planets and will discuss the possibility of life elsewhere in the universe.

The Royal Observatory Edinburgh comprises the UK Astronomy Technology Centre of the Science and Technology Facilities Council, the Institute for Astronomy of the University of Edinburgh, the Higgs Centre for Innovation and the ROE Visitor Centre.
